Product Owner

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Owner who can turn a roadmap into shipped software and make the hard calls about what we build next. You will own a product area end to end: the backlog, the priorities, and the outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, usage data, and business impact.
• Talk directly with customers and partners, gather feedback, and turn it into prioritized work.
• Work with the support team to capture customer issues, file them as product requests, and prioritize them.
• Run sprint planning and reviews with engineering, and make scope calls when constraints force a choice.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria engineers can build against.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role shipping software products.
• Working knowledge of blockchain: how transactions, wallets, and smart contracts work. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to hold a real technical conversation.
• A track record of owning a backlog and shipping features that users adopted.
• Strong written communication and comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving requirements.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team.
• Nice to have: experience with DeFi, trading systems, or developer-facing infrastructure products.
• Nice to have: familiarity with one or more ecosystems such as Ethereum and Solana.
• Nice to have: exposure to Linear for backlog and release management.
