Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems for our blockchain-based financial platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write reusable and efficient code, and implement security and data protection measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems for blockchain trading platforms
• Utilize MongoDB and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval within trading algorithms and strategies
• Implement smart contracts and Web3 integration for blockchain interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement robust solutions that integrate with various blockchain platforms
• Optimize existing trading algorithms and strategies for improved performance

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in backend development
• Expertise in Docker, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Solidity, Web3, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and various blockchain protocols
• Experience in developing and deploying trading platforms or financial systems within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space
• Knowledge of database management, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures
• Familiarity with security protocols and practices in the context of blockchain and financial systems
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
• Nice to have: experience with Rust or Go
